Original attribute information was collected from engineering construction plans and field verified for above ground feautures. The majority of the above ground features were also surveyed in the field and all attribute information from plans was overwritten with the data obtained in the field. To determine if a feature was surveyed, the user can look at collection method field to determine if it was collected using survey techniques. All attribute data for linear features was obtained from engineering construction plans.
All data was originally drawn in from engineering construction plans that had been georeferenced to the City of Fort Worth aerial photography. The majority of the above ground features were then surveyed using a combination of RTK GPS, conventional survey, and mapping grade GPS. The field "COLLECTION_METHOD" documents what method was used to collect the feature. All linear features were adjusted to match the surveyed node data where applicable.
