Description: The bulk zone layer is used to dispatch collection drivers as more than one driver collects a single route, this makes it quicker to collect a route. The zones can also be used by city staff when we are nearing the end of a week and want to move in to routes for verification that are not fully completed. We can get the completed zones from the contractor and start verifications before the entire route is turned in as complete.
